El Hombre Trajeado

El Hombre Trajeado were a quartet from Scotland.
I say were, as after 4 albums they went their seperate ways.

 For a 'Pele' like sound with occasional pleasantly spoken vocals.

Unlike the  Emo Type Vocals Mix , which fairly obviously is intended to address a person
on the EMOtional level,
 spoken vocals, speak to us on a different level.
Since the band Slint popularised the semi-narrative style of delivery, others have continued the tradition.

The 1st track up by Okara, for example, sound's extremely Slint-like.
Perhaps not as popular nowadays as a style of getting across a message,
nevertheless,
 'Helms',
'Green concorde'
 'Tambersauro', and

 are still addressing the listener on the Intellectual level.
